The windshield is where every drive begins. Impact Defense is designed to keep the outward view clean, sharp and undistorted while adding a durable exterior layer between your original glass and the road ahead.
Impact Defense has been tested in accordance with ASTM standards for optical clarity, tensile strength, impact protection, and UV and IR rejection. The system delivers up to 10× impact resistance and up to 4× optical clarity compared with traditional alternatives.

The Impact Defense Windshield Protection System's proprietary Memory Polymer Technology absorbs and disperses energy from ordinary road debris. The film creates an exterior protection layer intended to help keep small impacts from becoming a glass problem.
Original windshield protection
Windshields are now safety technology.
Cameras, sensors and driver-assistance systems can make original windshield glass especially important. Replacing it may involve an insurance claim, a vehicle-history entry and safety-system recalibration. Protecting the original glass helps reduce the chance of an avoidable replacement event.

Aftermarket windshield replacement can require calibration of safety systems. When that work is not completed effectively, owners may face follow-up appointments and additional out-of-pocket expense. Protection is a practical way to help preserve the original glass and the systems built into it.
Lifetime limited warranty plus No Fault coverage

When installed by an authorized dealer, qualifying film defects are covered under Impact Defense’s Lifetime Limited Warranty. During the first three years, the No Fault Warranty also provides a $250 credit toward replacement of the Impact Defense windshield protection film. It does not pay toward replacement of the windshield itself, vehicle repair or an insurance deductible.
