Usage Guidelines

By using Impact Defense USA's services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Our innovative windshield protection films are designed with the latest technology to ensure lasting performance and effectiveness. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our protection materials. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products or services. These conditions may be updated periodically and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Impact Defense USA offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on windshield protection film installed by a certified installer, subject to certain exclusions. This warranty covers qualifying manufacturer defects in the film for the life of the product. It does not cover damage from accidents, impacts, vandalism, improper installation, misuse, chemical damage or normal wear. Warranty terms are subject to change. To make a claim, you must provide original proof of purchase and installation details that match the information entered by the installer at the time of installation.

No Fault Warranty Credit

For the first three years after qualifying installation, Impact Defense USA offers a $250 No Fault Warranty credit toward replacement of the Impact Defense windshield protection film. This credit applies only to replacement of the protection film. It is not a payment toward the vehicle windshield, windshield replacement, vehicle repair, insurance deductible or any other expense. Eligibility, application and replacement requirements may apply.
